Despite how it might first appear, Mark is not a man of the cloth. He’s been a farmer, accountant, window maker and now is involved in wine making. He’s owned the Leaning Church Vineyard for four years, although the vineyard itself was established 23 years ago. On the property is an old church which has a lean, hence the name of the vineyard.
Mark was promoting his wines at Launceston’s food and wine festival, Festivale, in February.
